We trust Palmetto Renovations of Columbia!! There have been plenty of times when they guided us to a less expensive approach to completing a task. Any advice they was truly in our best interest. We trust their work to the point that we are comfortable arranging for him to work in our own home, and in our tenants' homes, while we are traveling out-of-town--knowing that we will return home to find the work done properly, on-time, and within budget...and that we will have interacted with our tenants with the highest degree of courtesy and conscientiousness. Matt at Palmetto Renovations was super helpful when we showed him our ideas for a master bathroom renovation. We told him what kind of tub, shower, tiles etc we wanted and they were able to help us find exactly what we wanted and get everything installed the right way, the 1st time! WOW!! WOW!! WOW!! That's really all I have to say! My wife and I are beyond thrilled as their team went above and beyond at every single corner. They took care of every aspect, and whenever an issue arose (let's be honest, when remodeling something will come up) they were instantly there to remedy the situation. We worked with both Kim and Matt and they were simply the nicest people we could have hoped to work with. We originally started with just our kitchen remodel. But about 1/3 through the project we also incorporated the family room and neighboring bathroom. We couldn't be happier. We highly recommend them as their work speaks volumes. Thanks again!

Palmetto Renovations did a fabulous job with the conversion of our carport into a master suite. They helped us to visualize the potential of the space and did a beautiful job transforming it into the extra space that we needed. The whole team, from the office staff to the onsite crew, was very professional and made sure the project was meeting our expectations. We were very impressed with how quickly they completed the project. They had crews here from day one and didn't stop until it was done. Our project manager, Kimberly, was amazing! She always kept us up to date on the project and would quickly come up with solutions to any problems that came up. After having our kitchen redone by Palmetto Renovations, we were so impressed by the professionalism, promptness, and courtesy by the entire team, we chose to keep them for the rest of our house. The sales person in particular was wonderful to work with. It was a no pressure sale and she listened to what we wanted, needed, and had a few suggestions which was helpful. In the end everything was detailed in the contract/estimate, and we chose to stay with them for our other projects. Awesome crewMathew, and his solid crew came to my house and didn't treat it like "project" . Every time one of his guys would come in they would act like they were entering their own house, really nice, honest, trustworthy and curtious , which I find to be a dying trend nowadays.They did paint, touch up on cabinets, new accessories and granite counter tops with a tile shower, ( I'm sure I'm leaving out a couple more things that got done in my master) it looks beautiful.

We contracted the crew to renovate our office. The initial project was fairly big and had to be completed in just 6 days with a lot of pressure.They worked night and day and got us back up and running on time. There were a few issues with the initial workmanship from the subs, but Matthew and Henry continued to work with us and brought in new subs to finish the project to our satisfaction. They even worked around our schedule in the evenings and weekends so that it did not impact our office schedule. Most contractors can perform the basic work required, but when they are willing to spend extra time and effort to get it right to your satisfaction, even at their own expense, that truly sets a contactor apart. I hope they never loose that willingness and go the extra mile to complete a job. Makes all the difference.

These guys did a fantastic job! We were referred to them by a co-worker who had had work done in the past, and had nothing but good things to say about her experience. We had a great experience with our bathroom renovation. The salesman was very informative and detailed, and made sure we understood all the information covered in the contract. The crews showed up on time at the start of each work day, and were very conscientious of our home. The work was done quickly, and the cleanup was a top priority for the guys doing the work. We hired Palmetto Renovations for a new covered porch, roof and a small deck on the back of our home. The owner, Matthew, was the most responsive, understanding, and excellent customer service we have seen. The work was done way above average and in excellent time. The workers cleaned up after themselves and was very polite. We are in heaven with the new covered porch and the deck in the back. The roof looks excellent! There was a minor breakage of a pipe, but Matthew to the rescue, fixed it with no additional cost to us. We have every intention of using Palmetto Renovations for other projects in the near future and we recommend for anyone to use them.
