Jake was amazing and did a wonderful job installing our second dishwasher. We added an 18-inch dishwasher to our kitchen island, and with a large family, it was exactly what we needed.

The project required more than just the appliance installation. He modified the island for the new dishwasher, which involved removing a cabinet and building a new end cap. Jake worked seamlessly with the space and handled everything professionally.

The finished result is perfect—it looks like the dishwasher has always been part of the original kitchen design. The craftsmanship and attention to detail exceeded our expectations. We couldn't be happier with the outcome and highly recommend Jake for any installation project.

10/10 on the 1st half. Will post when reno is completed. However the service from dynamic duo, Kimberly and Jarrett needs to have a spotlight. They designed a complete remodel with every thought in mind. Using the latest technology, I was able to see what my project would look like prior to the first board being ripped up. So nice and attentive that I feel like I was reunited with long lost friends. Communicating was a breeze and always a quick response. Wisdom beyond their years.
Like I said in the beginning, we haven't even begun the demo yet but I felt the need to make a review on just their part of this project.

The Palmetto team were exceptional- from design to material options to scheduling, permitting and construction. Jake and Ellis did a professional job in construction of new bathroom. We love the new bathroom.

Kimberly was kind, courteous and knowledgeable about home repairs and renovations. She helped me to clarify my choices and showed true compassion for me as a senior citizen on a fixed income. I'm not sure if I will move forward with this project, but I'm grateful for Kimberly's honesty and integrity.

Palmetto Renovations , Did an amazing Job renovating my kitchen and replacing my deck. They where extremely Professional. Any time I had a question or was thinking about altering the layout of my kitchen . The sales team where super helpful and professional on helping me pick put tile and floor plan designs. Even though they are a smaller operation they performed beyond my expectations. I will personally use them again in my future renovations .

After completion of our bathroom remodel, we now literally give tours to our friends and neighbors. It's spacious and much safer with the ADA layout and new shower concept. Everybody finds the bright new look to be an investment and and enhancement. It adds value but is safer and that's most important. I next plan for my deck to be torn down and rebuilt and will again use Palmetto Renovations only. I have projects and they have expertise.

Field crew did an awesome job! Answered & took care of all of my questions very promptly.

About seven months ago my mom and sister decided to add an addition to the house as my sister planned to move in after she retired from her Jon in Virginia. My mom found this company because they were working on a house in our neighborhood.. A month later my mom had a stroke, she is doing fine now. This company had no problem pushing back the start time which was an blessing in disguise..First the bathroom was demolished and Marcus and Ellis were sent in to do the plumbing and electrical work. From the moment they walked in I loved their energy and my mom did too. They not only have been top notch professional, Johnny on the spot as well but most importantly they are trustworthy..They haven't just worked on moms house they have become friends and I am so glad those two men are working in my moms house. Going back to work today as a teacher I am relaxed because they will be there all day..They are so famn good I feed them both steaks yesterday because there was a problem Satueday and Marcus who was in call came back and didn't leave till 1036..when the problem was solved..USE THIS COMPANY but most importantly make sure Marcus and Ellis are the guys in the house!

From the onset of our remodel for our kitchen, the service from the project sales crew has been A+ informative, detaied and exceptional in design. We received renderings that flawlessly align with all we'd set forth to accomplish and the price never changed from its pre contract amount. All materials showed up in a timely manner as promised and the workmanship was true craftsmanship. The new island has proved to be the most appreciated. We love our new kitchen and enjoyed the various steps to reach our remodeling goais.

This company has performed work on my neighbors home. The whole team was professional, on time and they performed excellent work. They were constantly communicating with her during each phase of her remodel thereby alleviating "surprise" additional costs. No revisions were made without her approval, which is the way it should always be, but as I and she has found not to be with other contractors. She was extremely, extremely satisfied with all work performed as well as with the team performing the work.

Unlike other contractors I attempted to work with first, Palmetto has been responsive, timely, and knowledgeable about the extensive repairs my house needs. They have been honest, transparent, and extremely communicative. Just as importantly, they have been my fiercest advocates during a frustrating insurance process. They have gone above and beyond and I cannot recommend them enough.
