Home Remodeling Contractor

I had a fantastic experience working with the Palmetto Renovations team. For several reasons, we are not able to go forward with our planned renovation at this time but Justin D. & Tyara presented a fabulous rendering and had captured my vision perfectly. Justin responded quickly with answers and they were both courteous and easy to work with. Kim and Matt joined us in the Design Consultation meeting and they were also very professional, friendly, and offered great ideas. I appreciated the time they all spent with me and would definitely recommend Palmetto Renovations.

Justin was a huge help when I called in for help on a bathroom remodel. Thanks again

Our experience with Palmetto Renovations has been excellent. They are thorough, quick with communication, and responsive. They listened to what we wanted, and took time to adjust or explain important considerations that we may not have thought of. We were impressed by their understanding of our priorities, and the scope of the work we were looking for.

Very pleased with process- bathroom redesign project was well communicated, CAD presentation of options and Jake and Ellis did excellent job on the construction and clean up. Was kept informed every day on progress and schedule.

Great team and suggestion for my project. Looking forward my new kitchen done!

Great local contractor in Columbia SC. We were so happy to be able watch our project progress from start-to-finish with pictures and updates. Our designer had great ideas for us, too!

Our experience with Kimberly was very positive. She was very thorough in her presentation regarding our plans. What we appreciated the most was her transparency and honesty regarding time frames and pricing of our project since we did not want any surprises to crop up unexpectedly.

Great company! Great experience! Quality work and excellent communication!

JD (Justin) was extremely informative and very professional. He came prepared for all my questions, and showed examples of work they have completed in the past. Would recommend!!!

Kimberly was kind, courteous and knowledgeable about home repairs and renovations. She helped me to clarify my choices and showed true compassion for me as a senior citizen on a fixed income. I'm not sure if I will move forward with this project, but I'm grateful for Kimberly's honesty and integrity.

The project specialist, Kimberly Powe, was very informative and helpful in us deciding on what actions we would need to take in getting our patio. Honesty and integrity goes a long way in building trust in a company and community. Thank you for great workers like her.

We appreciate the time Alex & Alani have shown with our Master Bath project While I knew it needed done and the basics of what I wanted, Alex and Alani were extremely helpful in walking through the many options available to me during the design consult. For this reason we have decided to go with your company for our remodel.

There are many companies available and I have received other quotes but your design was ultimately better than the others. Alex and Alani heard me and that's invaluable!

The entire team was a pleasure to work with from the initial consultation through the final reveal. They listened carefully to our needs and preferences and provided expert guidance throughout the design process. We were kept informed every step of the way and our questions/concerns were promptly addressed. The craftsmanship and attention to detail in the finished space are truly impressive. We’re grateful to Palmetto Renovations for bringing our vision to life!

From the start of our project, the sales and creative team and the field team have been great! We appreciate the communication we have received, the updates, and the respect of our schedules and home during the construction. These are fantastic folks and we are very pleased and looking forward to the final phase to finish!

Beautiful showroom.

10/10 on the 1st half. Will post when reno is completed. However the service from dynamic duo, Kimberly and Jarrett needs to have a spotlight. They designed a complete remodel with every thought in mind. Using the latest technology, I was able to see what my project would look like prior to the first board being ripped up. So nice and attentive that I feel like I was reunited with long lost friends. Communicating was a breeze and always a quick response. Wisdom beyond their years.
Like I said in the beginning, we haven't even begun the demo yet but I felt the need to make a review on just their part of this project.

About seven months ago my mom and sister decided to add an addition to the house as my sister planned to move in after she retired from her Jon in Virginia. My mom found this company because they were working on a house in our neighborhood.. A month later my mom had a stroke, she is doing fine now. This company had no problem pushing back the start time which was an blessing in disguise..First the bathroom was demolished and Marcus and Ellis were sent in to do the plumbing and electrical work. From the moment they walked in I loved their energy and my mom did too. They not only have been top notch professional, Johnny on the spot as well but most importantly they are trustworthy..They haven't just worked on moms house they have become friends and I am so glad those two men are working in my moms house. Going back to work today as a teacher I am relaxed because they will be there all day..They are so famn good I feed them both steaks yesterday because there was a problem Satueday and Marcus who was in call came back and didn't leave till 1036..when the problem was solved..USE THIS COMPANY but most importantly make sure Marcus and Ellis are the guys in the house!

I worked with Maegan and she was very informative and so great to work with! They provide top tier services and I look forward to working with them on my renovation project!

My remodel was the deck I'm enjoying as I grill and I remain forever grateful to the crew who designs and represents our hardworking local Palmetto Renovations

Wonderful company. Great people. Always a pleasure on every job.

This company does amazing work and prioritize making the customer happy! They get 10 stars in my book.

I have used Palmetto Renovations in n several projects and they have always delivered a quality product and been professional at every turn.

Loved the service!

I’ve worked with Matt and his team on multiple projects over the last several years and his team, is always top notch.

I came into the West Main St. office with a couple of questions about flooring and cabinets. The staff answered my questions thoroughly. I came to them because of the positive feedback I’ve heard from friends of the way they do business. Would give them 15 stars if I could!

This team was wonderful to work with! Jake was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. I am very pleased with the quality of their work.

Extremely excellent work Better than expected very professional staff And very punctual Will definitely recommend to family and friends Had a great experience with palmetto renovations

While I was unable to retain your company, it was a pleasure meeting Kimberly this morning she has a vast amount of knowledge and love for what she does ,while I understand my position she understood it too thank you Kimberly for understanding and I’m sorry I couldn’t retain you guys today but maybe in the near future.

We had a fantastic design consultation! The process was fun, exciting and the team worked hard to make our vision a reality! Thank you Alex, Eliza, Tierra and Kimberly for making the process as easy as possible and most of all capturing our vision!

We needed a kitchen renovation and Palmetto Renovations did a spectacular job. Our updated cabinets, both uppers and lowers turned out perfectly. This job went from 0-100 as smooth as possible. Countertops look perfect. Thank you Palmetto Renovations for everything.

They were very professional and got the job as instructed.

Zinda and her crew exceeded my expectations

I've worked with this company on many projects and they are amazing I look forward to many more projects in the future.

Prompt and professional in every aspect! Palmetto Renovations exceeded their own expectations set at our very first point of conact!!

Amazing company!

Field crew did an awesome job! Answered & took care of all of my questions very promptly.

After completion of our bathroom remodel, we now literally give tours to our friends and neighbors. It's spacious and much safer with the ADA layout and new shower concept. Everybody finds the bright new look to be an investment and and enhancement. It adds value but is safer and that's most important. I next plan for my deck to be torn down and rebuilt and will again use Palmetto Renovations only. I have projects and they have expertise.

From the onset of our remodel for our kitchen, the service from the project sales crew has been A+ informative, detaied and exceptional in design. We received renderings that flawlessly align with all we'd set forth to accomplish and the price never changed from its pre contract amount. All materials showed up in a timely manner as promised and the workmanship was true craftsmanship. The new island has proved to be the most appreciated. We love our new kitchen and enjoyed the various steps to reach our remodeling goais.

Zinda and her crew did great work. Their professionalism is unmatched.

I’ve worked with Matt and his team on multiple projects and have always had great service.

The professionalism and no hassle or high pressure sales tactics are awesome. We really liked their product details but went with a different company based on a variety of factors as we look at all aspects, not just price or materials. We will definitely keep them in mind for any future projects.

An amazing company, wonderful staff and top notch work!

I got my bathroom remodeled, they did an amazing job. I highly recommend this company

Zinda and her crew did great professional job!

I would highly recommend Palmetto Renovations to anyone. Their staff is knowledgeable, friendly, professional & very well equipped & informative with each step of the renovations. It was never difficult in connecting with some anytime I had a question, or not understanding the process. I have always had my husband do our past small reno’s & was very grateful to find Matt & his staff that could conquer the larger ones. If you have any, even the smallest of renovations that need to be done, don’t hesitate to contact Palmetto Renovations. I promise you will completely satisfied & proud of all your finishes.

You turned 2 rooms into 1 huge, open room like it was a piece of cake. The beginning of our remodel was as exciting as the completion and we couldn't have picked a more talented crew. We'll never forget the dedication and creativity of our illustrious designer, Ms. Kimberly.

Just finished a handicap accessible master bath reno with Palmetto Renovations. Logan and his crew were top notch and easy to work with. It looks amazing and my quality of life has greatly improved. The project was completed on time. Palmetto Renovations will be at the top of my list for my next project.

zinda and her team did amazing work. would recommend.

The field team was amazing and answered all of our questions thorough! Great group of professionals!!

From taking my initial ideas (Maegan) and adding welcome input and thoughtful consideration during the design and fulfillment phases (Justin, Tyara, Alex, Kim and Lisa) to the industrious and conscientious work (Ellis and Demetrius) to the final impeccable results I am thrilled with the process, from start to finish. Any concern was handled with professionalism and Logan continuously communicated with me throughout the project. I highly recommend Palmetto Renovations of Columbia, Inc.

Jake was amazing and did a wonderful job installing our second dishwasher. We added an 18-inch dishwasher to our kitchen island, and with a large family, it was exactly what we needed.

The project required more than just the appliance installation. He modified the island for the new dishwasher, which involved removing a cabinet and building a new end cap. Jake worked seamlessly with the space and handled everything professionally.

The finished result is perfect—it looks like the dishwasher has always been part of the original kitchen design. The craftsmanship and attention to detail exceeded our expectations. We couldn't be happier with the outcome and highly recommend Jake for any installation project.

I had questions about a bathroom renovation so I decided to pull into the W Main Street location. I was greeted with friendly smiles and was satisfied with their feedback and the additional information they gave me about bathroom renovations. I would definitely recommend using them for any home renovations!

The showroom was amazing and the flooring in the show room was so pretty! High quality and beautiful craftsmanship!

Mario did an amazing job! Was very happy with the work done!!!

Love my new floors! They have already proven to be 100% waterproof. My house looks twice as big. Thank you all for the attention to detail and great outcome.

Unlike other contractors I attempted to work with first, Palmetto has been responsive, timely, and knowledgeable about the extensive repairs my house needs. They have been honest, transparent, and extremely communicative. Just as importantly, they have been my fiercest advocates during a frustrating insurance process. They have gone above and beyond and I cannot recommend them enough.

Jake and the whole field service team were very helpful and did an outstanding job! Would recommend!

Working with Alex was such a great experience! I really appreciated his insights and he was such a delight to work with. Can’t recommend this place and him enough!

Amy was very kind and helpful. Overall very lovely experience.

I just wanted to say I work in lexington and have to pass this business everyday, and the christmas decorations are STUNNING!! phenomenal job!😊

We had a Master bathroom renovated. Took out an unused tub and installed a new shower with built in bench, install new floor tile, new lighting and painted room. The Palmetto team were exceptional- from design to material options to scheduling, permitting and construction. Jake and Ellis did a professional job in construction of new bathroom. We love the new bathroom.

This company has performed work on my neighbors home. The whole team was professional, on time and they performed excellent work. They were constantly communicating with her during each phase of her remodel thereby alleviating "surprise" additional costs. No revisions were made without her approval, which is the way it should always be, but as I and she has found not to be with other contractors. She was extremely, extremely satisfied with all work performed as well as with the team performing the work.

Great group of people interested in making sure your renovation needs are met both professionally and personally!

Gus & his field members do awesome work, I’ve seen the things they do & I would highly recommend them! GIVE THEM ALL RAISES.
